School Guidelines
- Parents and guardians must not visit with their wards during the school hours without the Principal’s permission.
- Parents and guardians of all students should visit the school on the scheduled day (PTM), to note the progress of their ward. This is compulsory.
- Visiting hours to meet principal are given below:-
Summer:- 09: 00 am to 11 : 00 am Winter :- 10: 00 am to 12 : 00 noon - Parents should fill up the ‘Leave Record’ for each day the student is absent from the school, stating the reason of absence, failing which he/she will not be allowed to sit in the class.
- When a student, returns to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, the parent should produce a doctor’s certificate announcing him fit.
- Parents are requested to help in their child’s progress, by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their ward’s work.
- Leave for half-day must be avoided as far as possible. In an emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal, with intimation to the class teacher also.
- Parents are requested to check the Almanac regularly and sign the home assignments/remarks etc. meant for their information.
- Parents are requested to ensure that the birthday celebration of their ward is confined to his/her class-mates only and that too on a modest scale (maximum two toffee) to ensure uniformity, (cake cutting, exchanging gifts etc. are, Strictly Prohibited in the school) and coloured dress is allowed upto class V only.
- Parents are requested not to send GIFTS or CARDS for staff members on their birthdays or Teachers’ Day.
- Parents are requested to note that students are NOT allowed to bring mobile phones/l-pads or any other electronic gadget/Pen Drives/Smart Watch/Ear Pods/Bluetooth devices etc. to school.
