Fee Payment Process

SCHOOL FEE PAYMENT SYSTEM

  1. It is mandatory that school fee will be paid quarterly latest by 12th April, 12th July, 12th October and 12th January.
  2. Relaxation in payment mode, in case of any financial problem, will be in considered after submission of written application. Payment of fee should be done within the given time, otherwise Rs.- 20/ per day fine will be imposed.
  3. Parents need to bring the receipt of payment of fee, so that all dues are clarified.
  4. Payment through Online Mode is the best option, as it will help parents in many ways-
  • In case, if parents are not able to come to school to pay fee, it will save their time.
  • It is convenient, as parents will receive the receipt immediately.
  • Parents can keep the record of all the payments done. Hard copy of receipt is difficult to keep safely. Softcopy (in mobile) of receipt can be shown in the office anytime.
  • Parents can avoid late payment charges of fee, by paying fee, through online mode.
  1. Parents must take hard copy of receipt, while depositing cash payment otherwise school will not accept any claim of cash deposition without receipt.
  2. In case of the dishonored/bounced cheque, penalty amount for the same will be payable, from the account holder.
  3. In full money back scheme, amount needs to be submitted within one month of admission (Post Dated Cheque will be taken at the time of admission) otherwise same scheme will be converted into the regular admission.
  4. Skipping of quarterly fee, will result in the additional Rs.5000/- re-admission fee.

 

TRANSPORT FEE PAYMENT SYSTEM

  1. Students wishing to avail school transport, have to give their consent before the beginning of the session. (15th to 30th March)
  2. After the confirmation for the transport facility, discontinuation of the facility will not be entertained in the mid of the session.
  3. The use of the school bus, is available on payment, of quarterly charges
  4. Non-payment of monthly bus fee, will lead to a fine, of Rs – 100.00 per month.
  5. The school reserves the right to withdraw transport services, of any transport fee-defaulter, after 15th of the month, of each quarter.
  6. Bus charges will need to be paid for 12 months (Including Holidays) of the calendar year. As transport staff is permanent, so salary is to be paid, for 12 months to them.
  7. In case of failure of the bus service, due to breakdown, traffic congestion of some other valid reason, alternative arrangement is to be made by the parents.
  8. School reserves the right to change/revise bus fee as per hike in diesel cost and other expenses.
  9. ISI certified Helmet is compulsory for all (Students/Parents) during visit of school via two wheeler.
